AI in Medicine Workshop

Thread of the Discussion:

• Artificial intelligence (AI) will allow to manage the overload of medical data ; In that sense, it is in the process of becoming Essential in medicine (because data overload is a Fact)
• Many questions about the involvement of AI in medicine remain without Answer; The IA poses all sorts of very complex, ethical questions such as
• In the Face of "over-technology", the patient must remain at the centre. Only the tools directly benefiting the patient are worthy of interest.

Objective of the Workshop:

To take stock of the integration of AI in medicine and, if possible, to agree on action points to stimulate projects integrating IA and medicine in our region of VAUD. Emphasize the importance of ethics in the development of AI in Medicine.
